Return & Refund Policy

At Ali Baksh Perfumes, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great pride in offering premium perfumes and exceptional service. However, due to the nature of fragrance products, returns and refunds are handled with care and specific guidelines. Please read the policy below before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

❌ Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Delays caused by shipping or customs

  • Used or opened perfume bottles

  • Items returned without prior approval or not in original condition


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the order

  2. Provide your order number, photos or videos of the item, and a short explanation

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions.

⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method or as store credit

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit β€” not in cash


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Custom-packed or gift-set orders

  • Items bought on sale or promotion

  • Any product not in original condition


5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), Ali Baksh Perfumes will cover the return shipping

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
