1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to the following countries:

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Bahrain:
    🚚 1–2 business days (local delivery)

  • GCC Countries (KSA, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar):
    ✈️ 3–7 business days

⏳ Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service, customs clearance, or regional holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Bahrain: βœ… Free delivery on all local orders

  • GCC Countries:
    ✈️ Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Fridays and Bahraini public holidays)

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email with tracking information, when available

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for Bahrain orders only

  • Please ensure your contact and address details are correct to avoid any delivery issues

6. Delivery Delays or Issues

While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or road closures

  • Customs clearance delays (for GCC orders)

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
